Regency Energy Partners Announces Closing of General Partner Purchase by Energy Transfer Equity, L.P.

Based in Dallas, Regency Energy Partners (Nasdaq: RGNC) is a growth- oriented, midstream natural gas services provider that specializes in the gathering and processing, contract compression and transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids.
