A: The first step is to create your profile using the create a job agent link. After your profile is created, you may attach your resume. When applying for a position, you will be prompted to select the saved resume you wish to use.

 

Q: Can I submit my resume without applying for a position?

 

A: Yes. Your resume and profile will be saved in our system and will be available to our recruiters.

 

Q: How often can I update my profile?

 

A: Once your profile is created, you may access it at any time and make changes.

 

Q: How do I know if I submitted my resume correctly?

 

A: Once you submit your resume, you should see a congratulations message. In addition, an email is sent to the address on your profile confirming your resume submittal.

 

Q: How can I be notified of new positions?

 

A: By selecting the notification option in your profile, a Job Match email will be sent when a position matches keywords in your resume. 

 

Q: I received a Job Match email, now what?

 

A: A Job Match email is simply a notification service.
