Benefits begin on the first day of the month following date of hire. Regency also offers a 401(k) plan, matching dollar for dollar up to six percent.
Medical Coverage
Regency pays the full cost of this coverage which provides full-time employees with medical and prescription drug benefits for the plan year of August 1, 2009 - July 31, 2010. Our PPO plan allows you the freedom to use providers in and out-of-network.

Disability Income Benefits
If you become disabled from a non-work related injury or sickness, disability income benefits are provided as a source of income. You are not eligible to receive short-term disability benefits if you are receiving workers' compensation benefits.
Short-term Disability:
Benefits begin 14 days after accident or illness
Benefits payable at 60%
Duration of 24 weeks
Long-term Disability:
Benefits begin 180 days after accident or illness

Basic Life / AD&D Insurance
Regency Energy Partners provides full-time employees group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and pays the full cost of this benefit. Benefit is 1.5x base annual earnings up to $250,000.
